Conditions of sale

Nimue products are sold on the understanding that the customer has already undergone a Nimue professional consultation and is buying the correct products for their skin type and condition. Please email essentia beauty if you are new to Nimue products.

Ordering

Please select your purchases by adding to the shopping cart. Payment is then required using the secure online payment portal PayPal. Credit or debit cards may also be used. On receipt of payment an e-mail will be sent confirming your order.

All items will be as described as in its accompanying text and photo with our quality assurance. Please note that some products are available in tubes and these may be sent as an alternative. Picture colour variations may occur due to individual browser settings.

Delivery

Please allow 7 working days for delivery and up to 14 working days outside the UK. Should any delays or unforeseen problems occur you will be notified immediately. Notification of any holiday periods will be presented on the Nimue Shop page. We are not liable for any difficulties arising from the service provided by Royal Mail. Postage will be charged according to weight and will be sent by first class signed for delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Where goods are to be returned we will refund you the item price in full. All goods must be returned in their original condition with their seals intact. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (unless goods have been delivered in error). There are some products exempt from returning such as travel sets and eye care products. Please note a restocking fee will be charged – the maximum amount will not exceed £40.00. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products. Right to cancel – Under the Consumer Protection Regulations for distance selling, you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of ordering. We offer extra piece of mind by extending this to 14 days.

Privacy Policy

We record only your delivery details and sufficient contact information to process your order correctly. We do not hold payment or card details.

We do not share your personal information with any third party.

Cookies – A cookie is a very small text file that is placed on your hard drive by a web page server. It is like an identification card and can only be read by the server that put it there. It tells the server how many times you use the website. It can not execute code or deliver viruses. Uses - They can be useful in saving time as when you register for products or services they can remember any questions you answered or pages that you personalised. You choose - If you choose not to register with any site then they only know if you return to the website. You can also control the use of cookies (depending on which browser you use). Force Majeure: The Seller (essentia beauty) will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, accidents, war, fire, technical failure, acts of terrorism and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

The terms and conditions may be changed or ammended at any time.
