Booking Appointments
First appointments should be made by telephone. All first time treatments will include a consultation to assess suitability and general wellbeing. A consultation may be booked on its own free of charge if you wish to find out further information or to discuss treatment options. It is advised that minimal make-up, nail polish etc is worn to make the most of appointment times. Please make sure that your mobile phone is switched off during your treatment. Although plenty of time is allocated for appointments late arrivals may have their treatment time finished early if there is a client scheduled after them.
Payment
Preferred payment for treatments are cash or by credit/debit card.

Patch Testing
Patch testing a product on the skin prior to treatment for at least 24hrs will be necessary for some beauty therapies such as eyelash and brow tinting even if you regularly have the treatment performed somewhere else. It is also advisable to have a patch test for tanning products if you have never previously used them. Some pregnant women and women taking some medications may experience heightened sensitivity and patch testing is also recommended in these cases as is with any person susceptible to allergic reactions.
